Note:    Bales are strapped in one direction leaving 2 sides clear for countermarks.

Note:    Due to the pressing surface being small.

              -> Less wool is exposed to the pressing ram.

              -> The density in the bale is more even.

              -> The bale opens up less effected by the pressing.

Note:    Our Experience shows the wool in more easily removed and open when packed in this style of bale.

Note:     Although 16 Tonne can be put in a Container we recommend the following:

               Combing wool under 20MICron            9 Tonne

               Combing wool under 21MICron            10 Tonne

               Combing wool over 21MICron               13 Tonne

               Carding wool                                     16 Tonne

Majority of carding wool today is shipped at 16 Tonne.

Note: Farm bales Dumped.

Tripack.                    0.80m3 weight 420Kg (3x140) = 525Kg/m3 density.

Double Dump.         0.51m3 weight 280Kg (2x140) = 548Kg/m3 density
